Privacy policy

MyFlightPlanning collects as little as possible. There are no accounts, no advertising and no analytics trackers.

When you use the charts

• Everything you type into a chart stays in your browser. It isn't sent to us.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it delivers the font files.

When you buy

• Dodo Payments handles checkout as the merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing details and payment information under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• Dodo shares your name, email and purchase details with us so we can provide access, answer support requests and issue refunds.
• When you unlock a device, your licence key and a device label (for example "Chrome on macOS" and the date) are registered with Dodo, so you can see and manage your activations.

Cookies

We use one cookie, mfp_access, and only after you unlock. It holds your licence key and activation ID, is signed so it can't be altered, and is used only to show you the paid charts. It lasts up to 400 days, or until you choose "Remove access from this device" or clear your browser data.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email the email address on your receipt. Some purchase records have to be kept for tax and accounting purposes.
