Terms of use
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms cover your use of MyFlightPlanning (the "site") and the interactive charts sold on it. By using the site or buying access, you agree to them.
What the site is
MyFlightPlanning provides interactive versions of the performance and loading charts in the Civil Aviation Safety Authority's RPL, PPL & CPL (Aeroplane) Workbook, version 3.0a. It is a study aid for exam practice.
Not for flight planning
Chart readings and calculations are approximate and are for exam study only. Do not use them for operational flight planning or to make any decision about a real aircraft or flight. Always use the approved flight manual for the aircraft, current regulations and current aerodrome information.
Not affiliated with CASA
The chart figures come from the CASA workbook, which CASA publishes under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Source: Civil Aviation Safety Authority. MyFlightPlanning isn't affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by CASA.
Buying access
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
- A purchase is a one-time payment for access to the full set of charts. There is no subscription.
- Your licence key can be activated on up to 3 devices at a time. You can free a device from the chart viewer ("Remove access from this device").
- The licence is for your personal study. Please don't share or resell your key or redistribute the paid chart pages.
- Access covers the charts for workbook version 3.0a, including fixes and improvements to those charts. If CASA publishes a new workbook edition, it may be sold separately.

We aim to keep the site running and the charts accurate, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. If you find a mistake in a chart, please tell us at the email address on your receipt.
